Both! The AlignRest™ features a 2-in-1 ergonomic design. The center cavity cradles the head for back sleepers, while the raised "butterfly wings" on the sides provide ample height to support the shoulders of side sleepers. It is not recommended for stomach sleepers.

Hygiene is easy. The outer quilted pillowcase is removable via a hidden zipper and is 100% machine washable. Please note: Do not wash the memory foam core itself, as water can damage the foam structure. Spot clean the foam with a damp cloth if necessary.

Like many new memory foam products, AlignRest™ may have a light “fresh foam” scent when first unpacked. This is normal and usually fades after airing out. We recommend placing the pillow in a well-ventilated room for up to 24 hours before first use.

To ensure hygiene and efficient shipping, the AlignRest™ is vacuum-sealed and rolled. Once you open the package, the pillow will slowly expand back to its original shape. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to fully expand before sleeping on it.
